Mr Ru Lameijn - Deputy Principal & Religious Education Leader

Welcome back

I hope all of you had a wonderful break and a very Holy Easter. As we reflect on the joyful news, I want to share with you Archbishop Peter's message Easter message for 2024.

‘The Dawning Light of the Resurrection’: Archbishop Comensoli's Easter message

In his message for Easter this year, Archbishop Peter A Comensoli asks us to reflect on the experience of the disciples between the time of Jesus’ death and resurrection. ‘It would have been darkness for them; a questioning of everything they had come to know and had hoped for,’ he says.

But God did not want the disciples to drift into oblivion, the Archbishop reminds us. ‘God shook them into a new creation that would change them and everything for all time ...

‘Because, at Easter, life had found a way.’

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name.

Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Kinds Regards,
