Dear parents and friends

What a busy two weeks we have had in the lead up to the end of term 1!!  All of our students and teachers have really enjoyed the harmony week activities.

Our Junior school helped by Heath and Damien Ellis, participated in an Easter hat parade.  So many wonderful creations made in Art class and at home!!  Followed by our Easter raffle draw.

The work by School council, our volunteer parents and our student leaders ensured that all cultures were honoured and celebrated.  It was wonderful to enjoy Iftar with our community Wednesday night and get to see everyone in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. One of our students Juju Hamoud, was very busy making jewellery to raise funds for UNICEF.  UNICEF is an organisation that provides relief to children who experience conflict.  As you know this touches many of our families and she has worked tirelessly to raise money for this cause.

Then when we thought it couldn’t get more exciting,  on the last day of school we had  our colour run.

Please everyone, have a safe, happy holiday.  Looking forward to seeing you in term 2.

Regards Teresa
