Swimming Carnival
On Friday 1st March, we had a team of 9 swimmers who represented our school at the SAPSASA Salisbury East Swimming Carnival. The swimmers all did amazing and represented themselves and their school with pride. A special congratulations to Jayden, Archer and Layla who were chosen to represent the district at the upcoming Metro Carnival.
Yr 5/6 GS Raptors
The GS Raptors had a challenging match against the Pedare Hurricane last week where we went down 26-38. The opposition had an extremely tall player that dominated the rebounds. Still, the Raptors went in at half time only 4 points down. The opposition was able to pull away during the second half. Jayden had another high scoring game and tried his best to keep the Raptors in the game, Layla defended hard and performed some important steals, Ronan dribbled well down the court and Blake again chipped in for some handy baskets.
