Flip Out Box Hill

Thank you so much to all the kids (and the parents for buying their ticket 😊) that attended the Flip Out fundraiser last Friday, 14 June. The event was once again enjoyed by all that attended; so much so that we forgot to take any photos, and the kids had to be dragged out when their session was over. A sign of great time! We raised $1584 for our school with this fundraising event, which is amazing. Thanks again for your support and see you at the next event.

We are super excited to announce the date for our Disco for students next term - Friday 23 August. More details to come.

Ritchie’s IGA Loyalty Program

Our school is part of the Ritchies Community Benefit Program (RCBP). EHPS received $20.88 from the RCBP in May. 

If you shop at a Ritchies IGA (the local store is in Mount Waverley) and are a member of their loyalty program, please support EHPS by choosing our school as your nominated beneficiary. Each month we receive 0.5% of purchases made by customers who have selected our school each month. Please encourage family and friends who also shop at IGA to 

support EHPS.

Lost Property & Secondhand Uniform 

Thanks to those families that searched the lost property bins (large grey, square lidded boxes located at the Eucalyptus, Banksia and Violet buildings and the Stadium foyer) and retrieved lost items prior to our sorting day on Wednesday. 

Named lost property items have been returned to students. Unnamed or illegible items, including various non-uniform items, have been left in the lost property bins. All items left on the last day of Term 2 (next Friday, 28 June) will be cleared and either disposed or donated to the Secondhand Uniform Stall to sell next term to raise funds for the school.  

If your child loses an item at school, parents/guardians are encouraged to promptly check the boxes before school (until 8.50am) or after school (after 3.30pm).

Ensuring that your child's property is named greatly assists in identifying the owner of lost items; it can be as simple as using a permanent/laundry marker, or consider stick on labels e.g. Stuck On You, My Name Label, or Officeworks. 

Thank you to everyone who donated good quality, clean, current EHPS logo uniform that is no longer required at our secondhand uniform donation day on Wednesday. 

Thank you to our wonderful volunteers, Alison and Donny, for assisting us on the day, and Yogi Patel and the Sustainability Captains for returning the named items this week. 

The EHPS community is reminded that as secondhand uniform is managed by volunteers, there is one sale and two donation days scheduled each term. Your support in noting and adhering to the scheduled dates is appreciated. The donation and stall dates for the rest of this year are:
