Student Achievement

Ivee A
The NSW Training Awards are conducted annually by Training Services within the NSW Department of Education to recognise outstanding achievement in the vocational education and training sector. During the regional phase applicants that are outstanding in their industry are shortlisted and interviewed. Ivee was among hundreds of students competing in the regional phase and was successful to progress towards the State Award. The state phase will evaluate the regional winners and look for character values and virtues that will contribute to the qualities that are required to become an individual Ambassador. We congratulate Ivee on her achievements so far and wish we well in her future interview for the state award.
Ava P
Ava is this year's finalist in the VIP Young Achiever of the Year for the Scone Horse Festival. In addition to this, Ava will be competing in Sydney next week in the Australian National Society Stockhorse Show competition. We wish Ava well in both of her competitions.
Summer D
After consistent hard work and dedication, Summer has been selected to attend camp in the U19’s Women’s Country League Team. This will see Summer playing on Sunday 18 May against 'city'.
Jack D & Ben C
Last week, Year 10 students Jack D and Ben C represented New South Wales in Polocrosse at the Barastoc Junior Boys' Polocrosse Carnival in Warwick.
Over the course of three days, the NSW Junior Boys' team delivered outstanding performances, securing victories in all three matches against other state teams. Both boys performed extremely well with
each achieving individual accolades. Ben was awarded 'Man of the Match' in one of the games. Jack was awarded the 'Best Horse and Rider' award in the Junior Boys' division, and the 'Best Australian Stock Horse' (ASH) award for the carnival, a significant accomplishment that highlights excellence in horsemanship and horse quality.
At the conclusion of the carnival both Jack and Ben were named in the Barastoc Mixed Team of the Series for their age division.
The announcement of the Australian National Team is anticipated in June, and we wish both of the boys the best of luck with selection.
Congratulations on these outstanding results!
