Blackrock Industries

Last year, Blackrock Industries and St Joseph’s Catholic College started an initiative where VET students prepare for the work environment. Blackrock Industries generously donated Hi-Vis work shirts and safety glasses for the Vocational Education and Training cohort which are worn every lesson.

So now, all Trade Training Centre classes, namely Years 9 and 10 Metalwork, Years 11 and 12 Industrial Technology Timber, Years 11 and 12 VOC Ed Construction and Metals and Manufacturing are now kitted out with industry standard equipment.  A huge thank you must be extended to Steve and Blackrock Industries for the ongoing donation of work and safety attire. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with them and we hope this will continue well into the future.
