Homework

Our new StMMs Homework Policy commenced on Tuesday, 10th February. Homework is communicated to students through their homework books and/or Google Classroom and COMPASS to ensure families have clear and consistent access to information. Tasks are differentiated and adjusted to meet the diverse learning needs of all students and to support their ongoing progress.

The homework is for the student to complete. If your child refuses to complete the homework, the teachers will follow up with your child on the Monday. This homework policy was written in consultation with all parents who had the opportunity to comment on the draft document in 2025.

An information session for parents and carers will be held on Thursday, 19 February at 9:00 am and will be repeated at 2:15 pm. The session will provide further information about the Homework Policy and support parents and carers in gaining a clear understanding of expectations.
