Positive Behaviour for Learning

In weeks 9 and 10, we focused on being safe in our PBL lessons. The students showed their teachers, both in the classroom and playground how they can be safe. 

PBL Focus Term 3, Weeks 9-10: Be Safe in the classroom

What is being safe? Students will understand that being safe means following directions, keeping hands and feet to themselves, being sun smart and using equipment properly. Being safe means thinking before acting. It also means that students take responsibility for their actions and ensure that they do not cause injury or harm towards themselves or others.

We have provided a matrix for you to use at home to talk to your children about being safe in the classroom.
