YEAR 12 ATAR EXAM TIMETABLE

The Year 12 2023 ATAR course examination timetables are available on the SCSA website.

Personalised examination timetables are now available through the SCSA Student portal.

YEAR 12 SEMESTER 2 EXAMS

The Year 12 Semester 2 Examinations (ATAR) will take place Monday 18 September to Friday 22 September (Week 10) and Monday 2 October to Friday 6 October (during the second week of the holidays).

The Semester 2 Examination timetable is available on MyASC.

Year 12 students are not required to attend school on days when no examination is scheduled for them. Year 11 students sitting examinations for Year 12 courses can have the day before an exam as a study day at home, but parents are required to confirm this with Student Services on the day of the absence. Students and families are reminded that morning exams commence at 8:30am and afternoon exams at 1:00pm. Students are expected to meet at the exam assembly point (Eastern end of L Block) 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam (ie 8:00am and 12:30pm).

The Year 12 examination process is strictly guided by the expectations of the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA). There is no place for individual requests for changes to the examination times and processesIf a student misses an examination due to illness, they must notify me at the College on or before the morning/afternoon of the examination (e-mail is preferred).

Medical documentation must be provided as soon as possible; this does not, however, ensure an alternate examination time, as the integrity of the examination could be compromised. As per the School Curriculum and Standards Authority procedure, students suffering temporary illness or misadventure during the examination period are encouraged to sit the examination at the correct time, if possible, provided this is not against medical advice.

Any communication relating to the Year 12 examinations should be emailed to Mr Shackleton at jim.shackleton@allsaints.wa.edu.au.

COURSE SELECTION YEARS 9–12 2024

Students in Years 9–10 2024 have now completed the initial phase of their course selection by submitting their elective and subject preferences, where appropriate. The next phase of the process is timetable construction, followed by the final stage of course confirmations for 2024. Further communications will follow at the end of Term 3 or early Term 4.

Year 11 2024 and Year 12 2024 students received course confirmations on Thursday 7 September. For submitting course changes, students should follow instructions in previous communication regarding their course confirmations. The final day for changes is Friday 22 September.
