Year 12 Celebration Day

Our celebration day on Tuesday 17 October marked the official ending of classes for our Year 12 students. Many of our VM students are moving into full-time apprenticeships and traineeships whilst our VCE students are busily preparing for the VCAA exams.

We wish all of our Year 12 students good luck for the next step in their journey.

Year 12 Send Off

The Year 12’s celebrated the end of their time at Heathmont with a week of costumes, a memorable Celebration Day and a reflective final assembly.

On Monday, they wore the uniform of their future careers, with students showing up in football uniforms, nurse scrubs and teacher lanyards. On Tuesday, the whole school celebrated a Free Dress Day, including the Year 12’s. On Thursday, they wore their primary school uniforms, and on Friday, they wore pajamas.

The assembly and Celebration Day was on Tuesday, with funny stories from teachers and students alike being shared to the school body and parents. The Student Leaders in Year 12 left the student body with loads of advice about enjoying school and making the most of everything while at Heathmont.

Heathmont wishes the best for the Graduating Class of 2023, and we watch with anticipation to see what you will do with the world.

Good luck!
