We have been excited to be training with the Berry Street Education Model to better support our variety of student needs in the classroom.
The Berry Street Education Model (BSEM) is a practical approach to teaching and learning that enables teachers to increase engagement with all students with a range of learning needs and successfully improve all students' self-regulation, growth and academic achievement.
Our school closure day focussed on strategies on how our teachers can help our students be present, focussed and ready for learning. We look forward to extend this training into 2024 and beyond to better support our students in a variety of ways.
