Bullying Prevention
Dolly's Dream
EMC Year 9 THRIVE Aspirant Leaders recently partnered with Dolly’s Dream, a national organisation dedicated to changing the culture of bullying. Dolly’s Dream provides education, resources and support to help young people, families and schools create safer, kinder communities.
Over four engaging workshops, our student leaders explored important topics such as bullying prevention, self-worth, kindness and cyber safety. Equipped with this knowledge, they designed and delivered age-appropriate activities for younger students across Langwarrin Primary School, Langwarrin Park Primary School and Woodlands Primary School.

The Year 2 students enjoyed a Bluey-themed workshop, where they learned about kindness and the difference between teasing and bullying. Meanwhile, Year 4 students explored diversity, inclusion, and how to recognise the difference between banter and bullying.
It was a wonderful opportunity for our young leaders to put their learning into action and connect with younger students. Together, they reached almost 600 students—creating a powerful ripple effect of empathy, inclusion, and kindness throughout our community.
