SPOTLIGHT ON ST ANNE’S COLLEGE ALUMNI – CHIARA VILLANI
This year, along with completing her first year at university, St Anne’s College alumni Chiara Villani, has taken part in the SW Accountants and Advisors Undergraduate Program.
“SW's school leaver undergraduate program has provided me with a valuable foundation for my university studies and career development,” Chiara said.
“The opportunity to work in a corporate environment alongside experienced industry professionals has given me access to practical experience and allowed me to apply theoretical concepts to real life scenarios.
“SW has a positive and supportive culture, encouraging ongoing learning and growth opportunities.”
There are two newly created Undergraduate Programs at SW, specifically designed for students currently completing Year 12.
Applications for these programs are open now, for an estimated start date of March 2026.
SW is encouraging St Anne’s College Year 12 undertaking subjects in Commerce, Business and Accounting to apply.

About the programs
These programs provide students the unique chance to gain real-world experience while completing either Chartered Accounting (CA) or university studies in Accounting. The two programs are:
The School Leaver program is a two-year undergraduate initiative combining full time work with structured education through Chartered Accounting Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) via direct entry (without completing a degree). Following completion of the program, students will satisfy the requirements to enter into the CA Program (Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting). This program allows students to bypass university, fast-tracking their Professional Services career and saving on University fees.
The undergraduate program is a four-year undergraduate initiative combining part-time work with structured education through University. This allows students to work in a field relevant to their University degree, applying concepts from their education directly into the workplace.
