Boarding Bulletin

Mrs Kathryn Searle - Head of Boarding

Welcome to Week 1!

Our Year 12 boarders currently have mixed emotions as they come to the end of their formal schooling next Tuesday and enter study block. Please know that a staff member will always be present in the Boarding House during the day while the students are in-house.  We are here to support the girls through their last term in boarding and look forward to celebrating their farewell journey.

Our Summer Week 1 menu from Chartwell’s can be viewed below.

On Sunday evening we look forward to welcoming our new Year 7 boarders for 2026.

Boarder Achievements

Year 12 boarder and Sport Captain, Reese Orcher, a member of the Australian First Nations women’s 7s team, returned to boarding late in Term 3 victorious after her team won the prestigious Teuila International 7s title in Samoa.

After returning from injury in early September, Reese debuted for the Queensland Reds in Canberra and captained her team at the Festival of Rugby in Narrabri during the school holidays.

Well done, Reese, we are proud of your achievements in rugby!
