Connected Schools Athletics Carnival

Our students recently participated in the 2024 Connected Schools Athletics Carnival at St Albans Reserve, joining with peers from St Paul Lutheran Primary and Golden Grove Lutheran Primary, with students from Endeavour College facilitating each activity for our primary students.

This annual event promotes excellence in athletics and encourages fellowship among students and staff across our Lutheran schools. 

Competing for the 'Endeavour Cup', students showcased their talents across events including high jump, long jump, shot put, discus, sprints, and relays.

Congratulations to St Paul for taking 1st place with 83 points. Good Shepherd achieved a strong 2nd place finish with 74 points, followed by Golden Grove in 3rd place with 66 points.

While Good Shepherd didn't win the Endeavour Cup we didn't come home empty handed, proudly bringing home the Star Relay trophy.

Well done to all who participated!

Good Shepherd is still seeking players for Master Blasters Year 2/3 Cricket. Games are Saturday mornings 8.30am at Payneham Oval.

Little Jordans 2/3 Basketball

Yr 5/6 GS Raptors

The GS Raptors had a very competitive match against the Salisbury Park Flames on Thursday afternoon.  The Raptors held on for a 36-32 win and in doing so kept their finals hopes alive.  A win next week against the second placed team should secure a finals birth.

Modbury Junior Football Club

Registrations for the 2025 SANFL Juniors football season are now open. As a community football club run entirely by volunteers, we rely on the support of our local community to spread the word about the upcoming season. We offer a variety of teams for different age groups, ranging from Under 7 to Under 18, including girls, boys, and mixed teams.
