Corelli Strings performs in assembly
On Monday 18th November, Corelli Strings performed in assembly. They gave a groovy performance “Mango Tango” by Stephen Chin and a lively performance of “Chicken in the Kitchen” by Stephen Chin.
Corelli Strings is made up of players in approximately their second year of learning their string instrument. It was fabulous to hear them playing together as a group, creating a unified, full sound. Yay!

Summer Strings Celebration Concert
The String Department is busy working towards our end of year concert, the Summer String Celebration Concert on Tuesday 26th November, 2024 at 6.30pm in the IPS School Hall. Exciting!
There will be performances by the Start Up Strings, Corelli Strings, Orchestra and An Octave Above as well as the string staff.
Everyone is bringing a plate to share so there will be a nice supper after the concert.
Entry is by donation at the door. Every $5 gets you a ticket in the draw for the fabulous lucky door prizes!
