It is with immense pride and excitement that I share with you that two Mt A staff members, Tamara Richardson and Daniella Curcuruto, have been shortlisted for the 2024 Queensland College of Teachers TEACHX Awards. 

Congratulations to:

Tamara Richardson who has been shortlisted for the Dr Alan Druery OAM Memorial Award for Excellence in Teaching, which provides recognition for inspirational Queensland teachers making outstanding contributions to their students’ learning and in their school communities, as well as empowering colleagues.

Daniella Curcuruto who has been shortlisted for the Dr Roger Hunter OAM Excellence in Beginning to Teach Award, which provides recognition for inspirational teachers with up to four years' experience who are demonstrating excellent pedagogical practice and making outstanding contributions as beginning teachers.

Well done from all the staff Tamara and Daniella and thank you for the magnificent work you are doing both inside and outsides the classroom. We wish you the best of luck as the decisions are made for the 2024 QCT Teachx Award Winners!
