Tournament of Minds 

Congratulations to Year 7 and 8 students, Milly W, Olivia B, Caroline Z, Anastasia V, Eleanor D, Prisha S and Ellie W, who will be representing Shelford at the 2024 Tournament of Minds (TOM) competition at Deakin University in August. 

TOM is a problem-solving program whereby students work together to solve a demanding, open-ended Language and Literature Long-Term Challenge to present. The team will also participate in an unseen Spontaneous Challenge. These will demand diverse skills, enterprise, time management, and the discipline to work collaboratively within a challenging and competitive environment. 

Weekly lunchtime preparatory sessions begin this Wednesday. Good luck team!
