Inquiry

Our inquiry topic this term is: ‘How do the changes in weather affect the environment?’ The children will develop an understanding of the importance of weather. They will be able to communicate changes in weather that affect people and the environment. Throughout this unit of work we will explore the different types of weather and discuss the seasons and their characteristics. Students will develop their scientific inquiry skills of observing, questioning, predicting, comparing and sorting information. Show and Share will also be an integral part of our inquiry unit this term.
