What's Been Happening?

A new St Cecilia's Sports Polo top!

We are very pleased to announce that we have updated the sports polo top element of the school uniform. You can see in the image above the new design. This new garment is also made of a lighter, more breathable, flexible and quicker drying material.

Students will now be able to wear this new polo top as part of their sports uniform. For the time being and for a reasonable time to come, students will be able to wear either the new or old polo to allow a transition period.

Year 2 - Forces on Water!

We made boats from aluminium foil and tested them in our Welcome Garden River. Children understood that gravity pulls the ocean towards the earth. It will also pull something that is on the ocean towards the earth making it sink, unless the object has been shaped to make it float.
