Welcome back to term 4, who can believe that? Time goes fast! It's fast leading up to the end of the year and life does get busy, for the staff at school but also the parents and the students. Sometimes we need to take a minute and just be kind to ourselves. Treat ourself! That doesn’t necessarily mean going out on a shopping spree. It might be something simple like

Listen to music
Go for a walk
Catch up with friends
Watch a favourite movie
Read a book
Cook your favourite meal
Have a bath
Take a power nap
Go for a bike ride

I am sure you get the idea, do something that you enjoy or your children enjoy to relax and take a breath as we come into a busy last term. For those that are able to make it, we will be having a morning tea after the Assembly in Week 4 - Friday, November 10th 2023.
