From the Principal's Desk

I hope this newsletter finds you in good health. The past two weeks at our school have been action-packed, with an array of exciting events and activities that highlight the spirit and dedication of our students, staff, and community. I am pleased to share the highlights and extend our heartfelt appreciation to those who made it all possible.

I'm thrilled to announce that Mary Middleton, one of our committed students, recently completed the Sacrament of Confirmation. Mary's journey in deepening her faith is commendable, and she sets an example for all our students. A big thank you to all who were able to attend and especially to our students who joined in the Saints parade after confirmation. There was a wide variety of Saints and I was very impressed with the reasons why each student chose their saint.

On November 1st, we celebrated All Saints' Day, the feast day after which our school is named. It was a day of introspection and reverence for the saints who have inspired us with their faith, compassion, and service. Our students attended a liturgy of the word to begin the day; a big thank you to our senior class and Mrs Middleton for running the liturgy.

Our annual Debutante Ball, held on October 21st, was a remarkable evening. This is All Saints' Primary School's major fundraiser each year, and the funds raised ensure that our students continue to receive the best possible education. This year's debutante ball would not have been possible without the support of our many volunteers. Your unwavering support and dedication are the driving force behind these events and make them even more special for our students. It takes a community to achieve these milestones, and we are fortunate to have such an exceptional one.

Today, we celebrated Grandparents Day at All Saints', an occasion close to our hearts. Grandparents joined us this morning and were treated to heartwarming performances by each class. Witnessing the intergenerational connections and the pride in the eyes of our students as they showcased their talents was genuinely heartening.

Following the performances, grandparents had the chance to visit the classrooms and engage in various activities with their grandchildren. To finish off the morning with our grandparents, they were treated to a morning tea with coffee, tea and cakes and slices cooked by our senior class. A big thank you to all of the parents who were able to attend.

Thank you for your ongoing support, and may God's blessings be with you and your families.
