Principal Update

Issue No 1

Term 1 - Week 2

Dear Families

Welcome to the beginning of a new school year. I hope all families enjoyed a safe, restful break and are feeling refreshed for the year ahead. I feel privileged to join the St Kilian’s community and look forward to meeting and working alongside families to ensure our students have every opportunity to succeed and flourish.

A very warm welcome to our Foundation students and their families, as well as to the new students and families joining us across other year levels.  Starting school is a significant milestone, and we are delighted to partner with you as your child begins their learning journey. Our staff are committed to creating calm, nurturing classrooms where every child feels known, supported and ready to learn.

To our returning students and families, welcome back. It has been wonderful to see familiar faces reconnecting, settling back into routines and setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

We have already enjoyed a strong start to Term 1, with calm learning spaces and a real sense of optimism across the school. I thank our students, staff and families for the care and cooperation shown as we begin the year together.

Wishing everyone a happy and successful start to 2026.
