Foundation (Prep-Year 2)

1/2A has been learning all about the book 'I Went Walking'. They have brought it to life through role play and animal crafts. As well as they have been practicing retelling the text. In Maths they have been learning all about addition and subtraction. Students have loved playing games such as Playdough Smash, and Adding the Monkeys. In Data they have been answering questions about what they like and exploring our similarities and differences. We have begun preparing for our Winter Fete next week, and are looking forward to a day full of engaging fun as we visit all the stalls. 

Upper Primary (Years 5-6)

Upper Primary students have been focusing on following rules. They have explored game rules and kitchen rules, making a variety of delicious treats and meals. In literacy, students are reading the book, The Bad Seed, have planted a seed and will be writing a narrative story about their seed. During this week, they will be planning their story. 

Primary Students of the Week
