Thank You Messages
Student School Supplies for the Needy
To everyone who donated
A massive thank you to everyone who donated and help support this project which ended successfully.
I have donated all the School Supplies and Goods to the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre (ASRC) in Footscray. This not for profit organisation provides support and services to people seeking to gain residency in Australia due to serious human rights violation or persecution, as all humans have the right of asylum in another country according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights .
The ASRC provides information, advice, healthcare legal aid, foodbank, education, employment, and social community activities. The Refugee Resource Hub - powered by the ASRC - is a place of welcome, community and support for people seeking asylum and refugees living in Melbourne’s South-East.
Located in the heart of Dandenong, the Hub brings multiple support services and organisations together under one roof to better help people with their daily and long-term needs to rebuild their lives in safety.
A place of community and connection, the new Refugee Resource Hub is helping people realise their human rights and secure their livelihoods.
With the central location of ASRC’s donations arm being in Footscray, they will be displaying our donations in the main room of their building, before distributing these useful school items to people in need.
The ASRC were very pleased and grateful to accept the many boxes of donations sent to them from Nazareth College.
Please give yourselves a little pat on the back for the help that you provided for the needy in our broader community.
Thank you again

Thank you for your kind donation of a towel or blanket for animals in care
Dear fellow Nazarenes
I am overjoyed by your selfless gesture in providing a towel or blanket to help out needy animal shelters. Since COVID lockdowns ended, and with the cost of living pressures, countless dogs and cats have been surrendered through no fault of their own. Volunteers need these types of materials to help these poor pets to be clean, feel safe, warm and comfy in the shelter as they await a new home.
Thank you
