Payments for Excursions and Activities

This is a gentle reminder to please ensure payments for excursions and activities are made prior to the event. The school relies on prompt payment to ensure we can cover the costs of all events. Where events have passed, the due date has been extended to allow payment.

Payment can be made via Compass, over the counter at the Office or over the phone.

Curriculum Contributions

We really appreciate all payments from families to cover the cost of stationery and classroom consumables each year. Thank you to all families who have paid to date. We understand that not all families are able to pay, and this charge is voluntary, however if you are able to make this payment, we would really appreciate it.

The cost for each year level is:

Foundation        $133

Year 1/2               $126

Year 3/4               $116

Year 5/6               $92

Payment can be made via Compass under Course Confirmations, or alternatively over the phone or at the office.

School Saving Bonus

As shared with you previously, parents and carers of every child enrolled in a Victorian government school in 2025 will receive the one-off School Saving Bonus $400 support. 

In the coming months, the Department of Education will send you 2 email communications for each of your children enrolled in Victorian government schools. 

By Friday 18 October 2024, please ensure that your child’s 2025 enrolment is completed and that your contact information is up to date.

The 2 emails from the Department of Education will: 

1. Confirm your email address between mid-October and late-November.
2. Provide you with your unique $400 School Saving Bonus code by the end of November. 

If you do not receive a confirmation email from the department by late-November, please check your spam or junk folders and contact the office if needed.

'Thank Your Cleaner' Day 

Yesterday was Thank Your Cleaner Day. 1/2T made some thankyou cards for our wonderful cleaner, Fowsia.

Chess Club Term 4

Dear Parents and Carers,

Chess club will resume again in Term 4 on Monday 14th October. Classes are held in the Library at Lunchtime from 1:40 – 2:30pm.

 If your child would like to enrol please visit the website www.chesseducation.com.au Here you can use your email address to create an account so that you can register and pay online. 

There will be 9 classes this Term on the following dates: 14/10, 21/10, 28/10, 4/11 – no class, 11/11, 18/11, 25/11, 2/12, 9/12 and 16/12. The cost is for Term 4 is $108 (includes GST) and pro-rata payment options are available.
