Grade 1 & 2 

Welcome back to another new term!

It has been wonderful to listen to the students recount about their holidays this week, it sounds like you all had a busy but restful time away from school. In Maths, we have been busy learning about money, where the students have been practicing counting different money amounts and working out what they can purchase with their money. 

This term during Inquiry we will be learning all about change. We have started the term learning about caves and bats, ready for our excursion to the Naracoorte Caves next week. The students have loved learning about the different types of bats as well as explore all our new discovery centres we have ready for them, including the exciting 'Bat Cave' and 'Deconstruction Area'.
