As we reach the end of another year, let's reflect on the marketing, advertising, and public relations highlights of 2024. We achieved national coverage, with regional exposure on WIN Television and metro coverage through the NINE radio network. Additionally, we ran a 12-month national digital campaign, ensuring we reached all corners of Australia with an impressive marketing, advertising, and PR schedule for 2024. Do you have to disclose if a house is haunted? Halloween questions answered!

Halloween always captures the world’s imagination, so First National went to the media offering commentary from members about an agent’s duty to disclose if/when a house is haunted. The response was strong. 

 

Multiple radio stations across the country booked the chance to speak to our agents and spokespeople about issues of material fact, with amusing results and great public engagement. 

 

Over 40 minutes of discussions netted the brand substantial primetime brand exposure! Thank you to everybody who participated.

‘We put you first’ in property management on the Gold Coast 

Gold Coast Zone and Tweed Shire members have launched a property management advertising campaign that emphasises First National’s ‘We put your first’ positioning statement.

 

Put together with the assistance of the design team at National Support Office (NSO) and coordinated by Michael Keith (BGM), members voted to invest their Zone funds in a campaign that includes:

  • A social media video advert
  • Social media creatives
  • A Zone lead generation website

The social media video adverts will run for two weeks followed by a rest/cushion period where static social creatives will be deployed for a week, then a lead generation campaign will run for a further three weeks.

A quirky abandoned mansion in Melbourne’s outer southeast - described as a zombie apocalypse film’s ideal location - is on the market with a $1.1m-$1.21m price guide through Mick Dolphin of First National Real Estate Ranges (Belgrave, Vic). 

 

The four-level, brown brick mansion at Cockatoo, features a turret-style external staircase, three balconies, wide hallways and walls about 30cm thick.
