Support for Families

If you have any concerns about your child’s learning, behaviour, or well-being, please reach out to your child’s classroom teacher to organize a supportive conversation. Families are encouraged to contact the school if they need guidance connecting with external services such as paediatricians.

We value strong partnerships with families. If you would like strategies to support learning routines at home (e.g., reading, emotional regulation), your child’s teacher can provide resources and information tailored to your child’s needs. Parents are welcome to ask for clarification about school processes, curriculum expectations, or well-being programs at any time.

If your child requires learning adjustments, we support families through PSG meetings, NCCD processes, and ongoing communication with specialist staff. Families can always request a meeting to discuss adjustments or strategies to support their child’s learning at home. Consistent school attendance is essential for learning and well-being. If your family requires support with routines, morning transitions, or separation anxiety, our well-being team can provide strategies or meet with you.

Families are encouraged to continue conversations at home about trusted adults, body safety, and personal boundaries. Resources can be provided if families would like help navigating these discussions in an age-appropriate way. Please don’t hesitate to contact the school if you have queries about school events, curriculum, or wellbeing practices. We are here to support you and work in partnership for your child’s success.
