At Our Lady's, we believe that every school day matters. Regular attendance is essential for children to build strong foundations in learning, develop friendships, and grow in confidence.

• Learning Builds Daily: Each lesson builds on the last. Missing even one day can make it harder for children to keep up.
• Social Connections: Being at school helps children feel part of the community and strengthens friendships.
• Positive Habits: Good attendance sets the stage for lifelong habits of responsibility and commitment.

Our Attendance Goals

We aim for every student to attend at least 95% of the school year. That means no more than 9 days absent across the year.

How You Can Help

• Establish a Routine: Set regular bedtimes and morning routines to make school mornings smoother.
• Plan Ahead: Schedule appointments and holidays outside of school hours whenever possible.
• Stay in Touch: If your child is unwell or facing challenges, let us know — we’re here to support you.
