If a student will be absent, parents and guardians are asked to contact the school before the start of the day to explain their child’s absence, late arrival or early departure, using one of the following methods:

  • Leave a message on the school’s voicemail.

  • Log onto PAM to record absences and the reasons for them on the day of the absence.

  • Call reception after 8.30am on school days.

Uniform Updates/Reminder

Sock Update

Members of the College Advisory Council have approved a change to our school uniform guidelines. From Wednesday 12th March, students may wear plain white or navy socks. This adjustment aims to help families who have faced challenges in sourcing navy socks, while ensuring all students maintain a neat uniform appearance. Please keep in mind that socks with logos are not permitted, as they will be considered out of uniform.

Non-PE Days

Some students have been wearing PE shorts and sneakers on non-PE days. Please remember that students must wear polishable black shoes and academic uniforms on the days they do not have PE.

If your child cannot wear the correct uniform, kindly send a note to their TA explaining why and when they will return to the correct uniform. Students will be advised to attend a uniform detention when they are out of uniform and no note is provided.

Church Altar Serving 2025

We are seeking students who may be interested in Altar Server training for 2025. Training will be held on Tuesday 25th March in the Church at 2.00pm.

Why Altar Serve?

Well, active participation in altar service provides a wonderful opportunity for ongoing catechesis for young people, supporting them in deepening their understanding of Liturgical practice.  It also teaches great communication, teamwork, self confidence and responsibility. It is a fantastic opportunity for students to participate and be involved in their school and Parish community.

Students who have already trained are also encouraged and invited to train as a refresher.

If your child is interested in this training or you have any questions please contact Rach Chapman, Kylie McGlade or Loretta Shannon at the College.
