Senior Girls Basketball Underdog Win
St Peter's Clyde North Campus Senior Girls Basketball team broke through for their first win of the 2025 SIS Basketball season against St Francis Xavier Beaconsfield. A young SPC team comprising entirely of Year 9-10's students were up against a SFX team of only Year 12's. Thinking they were no chance due to the age and height difference, the St Peter's resilience shone through as the girls ended up comfortable winners 29- 21. Special mentions go to Year 10 students Isabella, Hannah and Christina who led the team defensively, whilst Year 9 student Abby dropped 15 points, and Kyra nailed the dagger 3 pointer at the end to drag us over the line.

Top Class Dance Excursion
On Tuesday the 25th of February, the Year 11 and 12 Dance classes from both the Cranbourne and Clyde North campuses attended Top Class Dance in Melbourne.
Top Class showcases selected high-scoring dance solos from across the state that are choreographed by students and performed at their end of year exam for assessment. In Year 12 Dance students choreograph two solos, a skills-based solo that focuses on technique, and a composition solo that focuses on telling a story through movement.
The students enjoyed the performances at Top Class and took away some valuable lessons on how to achieve a top scoring solo.
After the performance students enjoyed a walking tour of Melbourne, including the street art in Hosier Lane and the Moving Image exhibition at ACMI.
