Staffing News 

Many of you will know that Shannen (Reception teacher) and Josh Huxtable (Performing Arts teacher) were married at the beginning of last year. Later this term, Shannen and Josh will be taking a short period of leave for their honeymoon. They will be away from Wednesday, 1 April (Week 10), to the end of this term, and will return for the beginning of Term 2.  

 

We have appointed Emily Gower to take the Reception class during Shannen’s absence. Emily is very well-known to our school as an experienced junior primary teacher, and has supported as a relief teacher for a number of years, recently taking a short break to start her own family. We look forward to Emily spending more time with our Reception cohort for these two weeks. 

 

Cindy Huynh and Abbey Kroon will be taking Performing Arts lessons during Josh’s absence. Both Cindy and Abbey are known to many of our children; Cindy is a regular relief teacher at St Paul and Abbey is a familiar face from SPLASH and more recently as a relief teacher as w

 

We wish Shannen and Josh all the best as they take time away for the belated celebration of their nuptials!
