Mrs Southgate

Hi, I am Mrs Southgate, I am currently working in the office as an Administrator as well in Education Support. I have been part of the POPS community for many years but been in the role of Education Support for the past four years.

It has been an absolute privilege supporting students across a range of year levels and watching them achieve their milestones and goals across all academic, social and sporting aspects. 

I have two children of my own, both are past POPS students. I have a daughter in year 9 and a son about to complete his school journey in year 12.

My favourite things to do are puzzles, word puzzles and watching movies on rainy days. I am also a qualified swim teacher and have been for the past 13 years teaching mainly preschoolers but some school aged children too.

Mrs Giansante

I love supporting our students and have been part of the Park Orchards Primary School community for the past four years. Working with students is incredibly rewarding, especially when I can help them succeed in tasks that can sometimes be challenging. Seeing their confidence grow and celebrating their achievements, big or small, is one of the most enjoyable parts of my role.

As a proud parent, I have a daughter at university and a son in Year 8.  My husband is Italian so I’m very lucky because I love Italian food!! In my spare time, I enjoy Pilates, spending quality time with family and friends, and supporting the Western Bulldogs. My favourite holiday destination is anywhere by the beach. 

I feel so grateful to be a part of our POPS community.
