MARKET INQUIRY

For our 5/6 Inquiry unit, we are running a market later this year and have to make products to sell.

PUPPET SHOW SHENANIGANS

Congratulations to the Prep and Grade 5 Buddies who did an outstanding job with their Puppet Show Performances this week. Each student with their buddy was put into a group with other students and assigned a Fairytale. They then needed to write their own script, design and create a puppet theatre set, create their puppets and all props while managing their own time and prioritising tasks. Groups were given a few materials and needed to ask for extra things that wasn’t provided on the first day, giving them a sense of independence with their creativity.  We were so proud of every group who showed great courage performing on Wednesday. 

The three groups who will perform at assembly on Friday, as voted by the students, are:

• The Little Red Hen
• The Three Little Pigs
• The Tortoise and the Hare.

FINAL BIKE ED SESSION

What a fantastic program!  Our Grade 5s thoroughly enjoyed enhancing their cycling skills and developing new ones.
