Tennis Lessons at FPS
Tennis lessons will again be held on Thursday mornings before school at FPS. The program commences Thursday 17 October, from 8:15 – 8:45am.
Enrolment forms can be collected at the office or downloaded below.
Saver Plus Program
The Saver Plus program helps build financial skills, develop life-long savings habits, and participants can receive up to $500 to assist with education costs. Saver Plus encourages parents/carers to save $50 a month (for 10 months). Savings are then matched – a free $500 for education costs, including school camps.
Saver Plus was developed by ANZ and the Brotherhood of St. Laurence and is delivered in partnership with The Smith Family and Berry Street. It is funded by ANZ and the Department of Social Services.
There are weekly information 15-minute sessions for parents/carers every Wednesday. See the link below for more information and eligibility criteria.
Australian Air League – Open Night
The Doncaster Squadron of the Australian Air League is hosting its' annual Open Night on Monday October 14th at the Greythorn Bowls Club, in Doncaster.
The Australian Air League is a youth organisation for boys and girls aged from 8 years which encourages an interest in aviation as a career or as a hobby and fosters leadership skills in a fun and welcoming environment. Girls and Boys from the age of 8 years through to 18, are eligible to join a Squadron as a cadet.
- Weekly meetings: Monday nights, 7 - 9pm
- Activities include: Ceremonial drills, model aircraft building, aviation theory classes, such as navigation, aircraft recognition and aircraft engines.

Darebin Council Elections are coming up soon! Come and hear what your local candidates have planned for Alphington and Fairfield, over the next four years. This is your opportunity to ask them a question before you vote!
