At St. Patrick's, our Graduate Outcomes are guiding principles that help shape the development of our students. These outcomes define the values and qualities we aim to nurture in each child as they grow and learn in our school community. They are central to our educational approach and are reflected in everything we do.
You may have seen our Graduate Outcomes poster displayed in each classroom and meeting space throughout the school. These outcomes serve as a daily reminder of the values we hold dear and the goals we have for our students.
Our Graduate Outcomes are:
As a Graduate of St Patrick's I...
Over the next few weeks, we will break down the meaning of each Graduate Outcome, explaining how we encourage these values at our school and why they are important for your child’s development.
Today, we will focus on the first outcome: "Am Called to Live Out the Brigidine Values of Strength & Kindliness."
In addition to the Winter Appeal, the Catholic Identity Leaders are now leading the way in our 'Carry a Can' food drive, organised in partnership with Catholic Care. This annual event invites students to donate non-perishable food items to help create Christmas hampers for families who are struggling, especially in the face of rising living costs. As many families continue to feel the impact of financial stress, your contributions to the 'Carry a Can' drive can make a real difference. We encourage all students to participate in this important initiative and help bring some hope and joy to those in our community who need it most.
Thank you for your ongoing generosity and support in making these initiatives a success!
Catholic Social Teaching (CST) is rooted in Scripture, formed by the wisdom of Church leaders, and influenced by grassroots movements. It is our moral compass, guiding us on how to live out our faith in the world.
The CST principles which inspire our work are:
Our faith calls us to love God and to love our neighbours in every situation, especially our sisters and brothers living in poverty. Following in the footsteps of Christ, we hope to make present in our unjust and broken world, the justice, love and peace of God.
