Principal's Report

This fortnight we have been fortunate to welcome a number of fantastic community partners into our school, each contributing to rich and engaging learning experiences for our students.
We were delighted to have Bunnings staff onsite, working alongside our Senior Primary classrooms. Students enjoyed hands-on gardening activities, planting their own seedlings to take home — a wonderful blend of sensory learning, responsibility, and fun.
Our partnership with Monash Tech School continued this week with the delivery of an exciting STEM program. Students explored new technologies, design challenges and problem-solving tasks, further strengthening their curiosity and confidence in this area.
We also welcomed Sexual Health Victoria, who have been working with our Secondary students as part of our Respectful Relationships Program, supporting learning around puberty, personal development, and healthy relationships. This remains an essential part of our wellbeing and curriculum approach.
Across the school, staff are busy writing reports and preparing for the end of the school year, ensuring every student’s achievement and growth are captured and celebrated.
A very exciting update from our mini farm — our new baby chickens are almost ready to venture outdoors into their purpose-built space. Students have loved watching them grow each day, and we can’t wait for them to join our school yard soon.
Just a reminder that Wednesday 19 November is a student-free day, as staff will be participating in a Professional Practice Day. Thank you for your support in planning ahead for this.
Wishing everyone a positive fortnight ahead.
