Employee Selection

A cross-functional team of nine employees representing the diverse brands and skills across The Toro Company will be chosen for this opportunity
A self-nomination process will be open to all employees globally
We are looking for employees who are good listeners, open to different cultures and work well in a team environment
Content knowledge is NOT required to participate
Supervisor must approve employee participation during the designated timeframe

Employee Financial Participation

Contribute up to a maximum of $1000 toward the cost of an economy class plane ticket for travel to and from Zambia
Apply three vacation days toward the time away from the office. Vacation time will be allocated in accordance with your shift/location processes

The Toro Company and The Toro Company Foundation Support

All expenses while in Zambia will be supported by a grant from The Toro Company Foundation
The balance of the economy class plane ticket cost over $1000 will be paid by The Toro Company
