Voice of Vocational Major!

The VCE Vocational Major Year 11s have had another busy fortnight. The students have been working hard to get ready for Beaumaris’s inaugural Ride2School day on Thursday 21 March. The students have planned a big day, during which the first 250 bike riders will receive a free Nippy’s juice or a Carman's Slice. Everyone who rides will be in the running for raffle prizes! A big shout-out to Nippy's and Carman's for their generosity!

Please ensure you have put steps in place for Thursday 21 March, to ensure you walk, ride, scoot or skate to school if possible, to be eligible.

The Year 11 students will be coming around in the 1st session on the Thursday to obtain a final count on how you got to school. The students have also been working hard on their Cans4aCause campaign. For Term 1, the money raised will be donated to The Smith Family.

Please ensure that you spend a little bit longer placing your bottles, cans and drink boxes into one of our bins to help raise funds for a wonderful cause.

The Year 12 students are continuing their work on the moving-out-of-home project, which has revealed many eye-opening components and discoveries related to the challenges faced when moving out of home.

The students are also close to announcing some major events that will impact the Beaumaris community and beyond in 2024!
