SUPPORTING YOUR CHILD'S EDUCATION - PARENT PAYMENT CONTRIBUTION (PPA)

At SMPPS, we are committed to providing the best possible education and opportunities for your child/ren. To continue delivering enhanced programs, high-quality learning materials, and enriching experiences, we ask for your support through our Parent Payment Contribution.

For less than the cost of a takeaway coffee per day—approximately $5—your contribution will directly benefit your child’s learning by funding additional resources that go beyond the basics. These funds help us provide engaging programs, updated technology, and classroom materials that enhance the educational experience. The fantastic new walls in the Discovery building are a great example of what we can achieve with the support of parent contributions to the school.

The Department of Education only provides limited funding to the school, and the majority of this funding is allocated by the Department towards staff salaries. We need parent payments to help fund operational expenses like electricity, books, pencils and maintenance to support all students of the school.

We understand that not all families are in a position to contribute, and we want to assure you that every child will have access to the same educational opportunities regardless of their family’s financial situation. There are a number of support programs available, and contributions can be spread out over the year to ease the burden. However, if you are able, we greatly appreciate your support in ensuring the best possible learning environment for all students.
