Thank you to those families that have allocated their $400 School Savings Bonus in the Portal for each child. There is a very large number of families that have not completed this step. You will not be able to access these funds for payment of school activities and/or uniforms until this is done. A guide for parents is attached on how to complete this process in the portal or you can watch the video link. Parent Guide Video
At HEPS the $400 can be allocated on either:
When making your allocation to either school activities, school uniform or both please remember that this allocation cannot be changed. Any unused portion of the school uniform allocation will come back to the school as activities after 30th June, 2025.
The activities allocation does not need to be used in 2025, it will remain on the student account until used, similar to CSEF.

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like:
Families holding a valid means-tested concession card or temporary foster parents are eligible to apply. A special consideration category also exists. Schools must receive applications from families by 4th July, 2025.

Payments are for the application year and cannot be claimed for previous years.
If your child received CSEF in 2024, there is no need to re-apply, your application will be rolled over. If your family has a new sibling or your child is a new enrolment at HEPS in 2025 then a new application will be required.
