TPPS Production - The Wizard of Oz
Hi there!
Just a reminder that on the 23rd and 24th of August the Grade 5 and 6 students will be performing The Wizard of Oz. Unlike previous performances, there will be no Matinée performance, so the only way you and your child can see our amazing enactment of the Wizard of Oz is to buy a ticket.
Our tickets are on sale in the link that follows:
https://www.eticks.com.au/tpps
Make sure you buy one so our performance is packed with anticipating eyes, waiting for the amazing production. For children, the tickets are $15, and adults are $25.
Make sure to buy a ticket and come and see TPPS’ amazing performance of the Wizard of Oz at the George Wood Performing Arts Centre at Yarra Valley Grammar.
See you there!
Come and see this TPPS masterpiece.
If Grade 5/6 families are holidaying during Term 3, can you please email your child’s/children’s classroom teacher/s to notify them of your dates of absence, if you have not already informed them. This will assist us with rehearsals, costume and other related bookings.
Sport News
Congratulations to our Boys Netball team who competed in the Regional Netball Finals on Monday!
The team started well but improved greatly throughout the day. After 2 wins and a draw within their group, the team won their third-place playoff match 23-7.
Well done to Mr Kitney and the team for such a successful Round Robin!
Last week Macey H in Grade 6 travelled to New South Wales to compete in the National Championships for Football with Team Vic.
Macey came back to TPPS as a national champion after defeating South Australia 5-4-34 to 0-5-5.
The culmination of tireless training and unwavering commitment, this triumph not only highlights Macey’s exceptional ability but also serves as an inspiration to all aspiring athletics within our community.
Join us in applauding Macey for this well-deserved victory, and we look forward to seeing her continued success when she competes in Track and Field throughout the rest of this term!
