NEW HEAD OF PRIMARY 2027

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mrs Jennifer Trodden as our new Head of Primary for 2027. 

Jen grew up in the Yarra Valley and is actively involved in church life, serving in worship ministries.  Jen and her husband Chris have two young adult daughters. 

Jen brings extensive experience and highly regarded leadership within the Victorian education sector. She currently serves as the VIC/TAS Executive Officer for Christian Schools Australia and has worked across Christian, Independent, and Catholic education settings. Her previous roles include pioneering Head of Campus at Wyndham Christian College, as well as Campus Principal, Director of Students, and Head of Faculty. Jen began her formal leadership journey at Hillcrest Christian College in Clyde North.

Jen holds a Master of Education and is an internationally accredited coach. She is also the founder of OnPoint Leaders, a professional network that supports and empowers women in leadership. Jen is widely recognised for her ability to develop people, foster strong relationships, and build effective teams.

Jen’s leadership is characterised by strategic insight, operational excellence, and a deeply relational and servant-hearted approach. She is passionate about supporting students and families to flourish and is looking forward to becoming part of our school community, including spending time in Primary classrooms later this year.

Outside of her professional life, Jen enjoys time in nature, values opportunities to connect with others, and brings a genuine warmth and joy to her work and relationships.
