Camp, Sports and Excursions Fund
CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to Non-Government schools to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities.
If you hold a valid means-tested concession card, veterans’ affairs or pension card, or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF.
The annual CSEF amount will be $154.00 per child. Families who receive CSEF in 2025 will also receive the one-off $400 School Savings Bonus Payment (SSB). This allowance will also be paid to the school and will be applied to the following programs or expenditure:
- Camps, excursions, trips and incursions
- Sporting and swimming programs run by the school
- Graduations
- School Uniforms
The School Savings Bonus cannot be applied to tuition fees as per the Victorian Government regulations.
School Fees Statements
May statements will be emailed to everyone who has committed to pay school fees for this year between 5th and 9th June 2025. Families that have not committed yet to school fees this year will be contacted very soon.
Additional Charges
Additional Charges for extra-curricular activities (Camp experiences for years 4, 5 and 6) will be included on your school fees accounts and they will be emailed to relevant families when they fall due.

Direct Debits and Credit Card charges set up through our bank have the following upcoming dates in June:
