FIRE UP YOUR OVENS

CALLING ALL PARENTS! FRIENDS! FAMILY! COUNTRYMEN!

Our popup café, Kids Café, and Cake Stall need your delicious sweet treats! (Savoury items are not requested this year.)

Kids Café – Sweet Treats

FPS parent Milly is running the very popular Kids Café again this year, which operates on the Sunday.

To ensure a smooth run of service, Milly is simplifying the choices to two items:  Chocolate Chip Cookies and Honey Joys.

  • We need at least 320 individual items.
  • If you’d like to bake for Milly and her team, please text Rachael 0432 552 885 with how many you are able to make.
  • Rachael can also provide you with a recipe if you need, just let her know.
  • Please only use paper or compostable patty tins for the Honey Joys.

Pop Up FPS Café – Sweet Treats – Saturday & Sunday

FPS Café will operate adjacent to the Gallery on Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 2pm, offering a variety of individual sweet treats and cakes by the slice, along with tea and plunger coffee.

Cake Stall, Sunday 10am – 2pm, in the Prep Room

The Cake Stall will sell whole cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and slices to take home.

TIPS FOR DROPPING OFF

Deliver your baked goods to the BER (in the gym foyer).

  • Friday 6 September, from 3:30pm – 4.30pm
  • Saturday 7 September, from 9am – 2pm

Deliver your baked goods directly to the Cake Stall (Foundation Room at the deck entrance).

  • Sunday 8 September, from 9am – 10am

ART FOR ALL is a low waste event. Please do not use any single use soft plastics to wrap your baked goods. This includes cupcake wrappers, unless they are compostable.

Pop your items in reusable containers. We will wash your containers and place them outside the Langridge Street Office for your collection on Monday 9 September.

Please include a label with the list of ingredients used, and put your name and phone number onto your container, base, and lid. We will have pens and sticky labels available at the BER when you drop off your goods, if required.

Any items that contain NUT products (eg. almond meal, etc.) must be clearly labelled – 'CONTAINS NUTS'.

Refrigeration is available but limited, so please avoid fresh creams or custards for the Cake Stall items.

Thank you, brilliant bakers!
