Father's Day/Special Person Stall

Dear Families,

We’re excited to announce a Father’s/Special Persons Stall, organised by our wonderful P&F volunteers. This stall provides an opportunity for children to purchase a small gift for their loved ones.

Given the short planning timeframe, we’ll be trying a new approach for this stall. Depending on its success, we may implement a similar model for the Mother’s Day stall next year, with more time to source additional local and sustainable gift options.

The stall will take place Thursday, August 29th. Classes will visit the stall at different times throughout the day, and each child will have the chance to select one gift.

We’ll offer around 10 different gifts, each priced at $7, which includes a card for the child to decorate. Children interested in participating can bring $7 in cash on the day.

On Friday, August 30th, the stall will reopen with any remaining stock from 3:20pm for students who missed out on Thursday or for those wishing to purchase an additional gift for another special person.

To make this stall successful, we need volunteers on both Thursday and Friday. If you’re available to help, please email the school or contact the Parents and Friends Club at ogpsparentsclub@gmail.com.
