SchoolTV Update - Health Study Habits
SchoolTV has launched new content on healthy study habits. Academic success is intertwined with the study habits students develop from an early age. Whilst schools strive to develop these habits within the classroom, the role of parents and guardians in reinforcing them at home is equally important. Healthy study habits not only improve a child’s ability to absorb and retain information but also help them to manage stress, maintain focus, and foster a lifelong love for learning. It is essential for students to recognise that good study habits aren't merely about spending extra hours hitting the books. It's more about quality over quantity and having a balanced approach. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle that includes taking breaks, having sufficient sleep, a balanced diet, and consistent physical activity will impact your child's ability to study effectively.
