Prep - 2 Inquiry

In Prep- 2 Inquiry we have been learning about Community Heroes. Prep students had a great time learning about farmers and making their own cows and dressing up as superheroes. 

Last week, students learnt about hairdressers and made some crazy hair styles. 

Year 1/2 have been learning about the science our Community Heroes use in their everyday jobs. Students enjoyed learning how farmers use science to grow crops particularly the sunflower. 

Students have explored how builders build strong buildings and had a go at constructing their own buildings. Students have enjoyed learning about many Community Heroes including hairdressers, builders, farmers, police officers, fire fighters, doctors and more.
