‘Truck Awareness’ visit
Matt and Noel from Tenex partnered with the L2P Program, Jenni and Ruth, to assist in ‘Truck Awareness’ education for year 10 students as they navigate their learners permits.
Matt went through the importance of knowing blind spots, both primary and secondary, and the fact that the truck is over 40 times heavier than the L2P car. All the students were able to sit in the truck’s drivers’ seat and see that the four cars positioned around the truck were not visible. Many students were shocked by this as they were sure that they could be seen.
The L2P Program runs every Thursday from Seymour College and assists learners with gaining skills and experience striving to make them a safer driver. The L2P Program is open to those that meet the eligible criteria.

Fathers Day Stall
Our Year 12 VCE VM students organised our Father's Day stall last Friday. We had some very excited shoppers selecting gifts for their Dads. We hope all the Dads enjoyed their day and special presents.
Thank you to everyone for supporting this Parents and Friends Fundraiser!
